For many children with disabilities in Bangladesh, traveling safely to school is often the biggest barrier to education. Thanks to a new, accessible school bus, this has now changed radically in Manikganj.

This bus is much more than just a means of transportation: it symbolizes inclusion, independence, friendship and the opportunity to learn alongside peers. This wonderful initiative was made possible in part by the Universitas Foundation.

Every child deserves the opportunity to go to school, dream big and be a full member of the community. Through this bus, we are taking an important step together toward a more inclusive Bangladesh.
