Working for Niketan is working for a better world for children and young people with disabilities in Bangladesh. We are a dynamic learning organization that improves the living environment of disabled people in Bangladesh.
Niketan is an organization of volunteer professionals. Regularly we have vacancies  for interns and volunteers.

We are looking for committed people who believe in our approach and are willing to work 100% for our goal. Are you enthusiastic, dynamic and results oriented? Are you able to take decisions in a sometimes hectic situation, are you a team player and do you think in terms of solutions? Then we are looking for you!
Our jobs are very diverse: we are currently looking for people specialized in health care, paramedical care, special education, but also in the field of IT or communications.
